Alan & Ben come from main contracting backgrounds, combining expertise in project leadership with a strong technical understanding of fast paced construction and building services. This gives us a rounded understanding of fit-out delivery, from coordinating teams and managing technical challenges to ensuring each finished space performs for the people who use and maintain it.

We provide practical consultancy support to main contractors & sub contractors across the commercial fit-out market, from tendering and preconstruction through to project delivery. Drawing on our leadership experience and technical knowledge, we help teams plan effectively, resolve challenges and keep projects moving.
Our services include tendering and preconstruction support, project delivery support, programme reviews and management, procurement support and value engineering advice. We also advise on site set-up, temporary services and logistics to help establish safe, efficient and well-organised sites.
Alongside our consultancy services, CAS delivers commercial fit-out works across Cat A, Cat B and refurbishments in occupied premises, working under both traditional and design and build contracts.
We specialise in delivering bespoke turnkey areas within larger fit-out projects. With a clear understanding of the pace, complexity, and tight turnaround times these environments demand, we bring the technical knowledge, coordination and hands-on leadership needed to deliver within complex workspaces.
